It's economics - organizations perform best when they tap the full potential of all their talent.\n\n\n\nThe Center for Women in Business (CWB)\, a program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce recently released the report Advancing Women to the Top\, with research advisor McKinsey & Company.\n\n\n\nRoberta Phillips\, CWB Executive Director and Natalie Masri\,CWB Senior Director will present findings from this study\, followed by a panel discussion and networking reception.\n\n\n\nThe Advancing Women to the Top study examines the best practices of twelve Fortune 1000 companies that are good at developing women at the board\, C-Suite and management levels.
