The Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the return of our Candidate Training Program which will work to equip those who are considering running for local office with the needed resources and information to run a successful campaign. Over the course of the three trainings\, topics covered will include how to craft your messaging\, information on filing deadlines\, budgeting\, campaign finance regulations\, leveraging social media\, and more.\n\n\n\nTopics covered at this training include:\n\n\n	How to plan and budget for your campaign\n	Crafting your campaign message\n	\n		Positioning statements\n		Messaging\n	\n	\n	Leveraging social media\n	\n		Rules\, strategy\, best practices\n	\n	\n	Fundraising\n	\n		Best practices and campaign finance regulations\n	\n	\n\n Registration is required\, the $25 fee covers all three training sessions. Registration is done through the First Candidate Training Session page\, linked here.\n\n\n\nLight refreshments will be provided. \n\n\n\nPlease note that the one time fee of $25 to attend all three training sessions is non refundable.
