DESCRIPTION:The Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce will host an information session with the City of Rochester on the upcoming Parkland Dedication Ordinance update on Wednesday\, April 17th. The City of Rochester team is interested in the thoughts of businesses in regards to the proposed updates.\n\n \n\nParkland Dedication is a component of modern development in the City of Rochester and over the past few years\, the City Council\, Park Board\, and the City team have had discussions on how to enhance the community through parkland dedication.\n\n \n\nTo help with this work\, the City hired Clarion Associates to complete a parkland study for the City and make recommendations around ordinance updates. The study and recommendations are complete and the Chamber welcomes you to join us on April 17th to hear the recommended updates\, share feedback\, and ask any questions to the City of Rochester about the ordinance update.
