DESCRIPTION:Each month\, the Chamber and Rochester Convention & Visitors Bureau (RCVB) host a meeting of hospitality businesses\, called Hospitality 1st\, at the Chamber's offices.  This group networks to share information and best practices\, follow the progress of Rochester Area development projects\, and discuss challenges/opportunities presented by industry changes and regulation.\n\n \n\nAs Destination Medical Center becomes a reality\, the hospitality industry will see significant growth.  However\, with that expected growth will come significant challenges in the areas of regulation\, capacity\, and workforce.  By participating in Hospitality 1st\, you would have access to important information for use in your business planning.  More importantly\, you would have a voice in shaping the future of the Rochester hospitality landscape.\n\n \n\nIf you are a hotel owner/operator\, restaurateur\, tour operator\, transportation provider\, or otherwise serve the needs of the 3 million people that visit Rochester each year\, you owe it to your business to check out Hospitality 1st!  You are encouraged to join us at this\, at which we will be charting Hospitality 1st's course for this new era.
