The I/We Designation was created to recognize and promote inclusive employers\, reduce regional disparities\, and bring awareness to the value and methods of increasing workforce diversity. Employers that complete the process will be be formally designated as 'Inclusive Employers' for their commitment to and development of an inclusive and equitable culture within their business and the region. Shrpa makes it easy to organize activities and adventures in a fun and informative way to make it possible for other families and friends to have their own unique experiences while following your guidance.\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Hospitality 1st Roundtable is a collaboration of hospitality service providers including transportation\, hotels\, meeting venues\, attractions\, restaurants\, nonprofits\, and other visitor service providers. It is open to all business members in our community. We work in partnership with area businesses\, employees\, and non-traditional service providers to create an exceptional community experience by focusing on great service and delivery of community assets and services.
