Emphasis will be placed on both the hard and soft skills needed to be successful and how those skills relate back to academic success.\n\n \n\nThrough Choices Day\, businesses will have the opportunity to showcase their industry and engage students in their workforce development model while building relationships with our youth. As these students mature into the workforce\, they will become interns\, employees\, and leaders in these very same organizations.\n\n\n\nHow can a business get involved?\n\nBusinesses can host students in groups of 10 middle school students from John Adam's accompanied by volunteer(s) and educator(s).
