She is an E-RYT200 and RYT500 certified Yoga teacher\, a (National Exercise Trainers Association) Neta Group Exercise Instructor\, Neta Cycling Instructor\, certified in Ayurveda and Healing Energy\, Barre\, Yin Yoga\, Yoga Sculpt\, and Yoga Nidra. She has taught fitness for 13 years and yoga for 5.\n\n \n\nDevelop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Roundtable provides a small\, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills\, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership\, learn together and empower each other to take risks.
