Atypical Tea may be at high tea time\, but our tastings and desserts will vary. Space is limited to the first 40 registrants.\n\n\n	We will discuss 3 principles for Peer to Peer Leadership\n\n	\n		Providing constructive feedback\n		Holding peers accountable by developing mutual respect\n		How to work as partners versus competing with our peers.
