DESCRIPTION:WILD Atypical Tea: Leadership Styles - Leading a Successful Multigenerational Workplace\n\n\n\nWomen in Leadership and Development presents Atypical Tea\, a four part learning series centralized on a theme.\n\n\n\nThe 2016 year's theme is Cultivating Leadership. Atypical Tea may be at high tea time\, but our tastings and desserts will vary. Space is limited to the first 40 registrants.\n\n\n\n"It takes them forever to learn new technology." "Why do they need so much attention?" "They don't know how to communicate." Sound familiar? Generational differences can cause many challenges in the workplace.
