DESCRIPTION:Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Round Table provides a small\, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills\, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership\, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Commercials by Attendees\n\n8:00 - 8:55 am | Presentation/Q & A and Discussion\n\n8:55 - 9:00 am | Wrap-Up\n\n\n\nJoin us in a presentation by Tish Bolger on the "State of Girls" and Girl Scouts in Rochester.\n\n\n\nTish Bolger will be giving an overview on research of the current "State of Girls" and how Girl Scouts River Valleys is adapting to the needs of girls of today. Girl Scouts has a deep commitment to diversity and inclusion of all girls\, developing them into confident leaders of tomorrow. She will discuss the needs of girls in the area\, the importance of outdoor connection and engage the Rochester community in rallying around girls potential.\n\n\n\nTish is the newly appointed CEO of Girl Scouts River Valleys with over sixteen years' experience as a senior executive with Girl Scouts. Her passion for seeing youth reach their full potential extends through her work with other agencies that focus on youth development. She currently serves as President for the board of directors of the American Camp Association\, served on the board of directors for Face to Face Health and Counseling Services\, Inc. and as a board member and President of the board of Teen Wise. \n\n\n\nThe Chamber welcomes you to get involved in our monthly round tables that best suit you and your business' needs.
