The Women's Round Table provides a small\, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills\, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership\, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun\, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.\n\n\n\nAre you managing your calendar or is your calendar managing you?   \n\nHow good are your time management skills? Calendar blocking can help you get more accomplished in a shorter period of time to help keep your work and home life balanced.\n\n\n\nDenise Stegall is a Health Coach in Rochester\, Minnesota certified through the McDonald Center for Obesity Prevention Education at Villanova University and the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. She is a lifetime member Rouxbe.com cooking school and a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.\n\n\n\nDenise earned her Bachelor's Degree in Hotel\, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Penn State. She worked as catering director for two Starwood Hotels in Philadelphia where her managerial\, organizational and time management skills were essential for planning meetings and weddings. Working from home\, exercising\, volunteering\, travel agent for her husband\, Mark\, and traveling over 100 days a year she has found that calendar blocking has become a crucial skill in getting things done!\n\n \n\nAdditionally\, Denise is a self-proclaimed foodie and lover of kitchen gadgets.
