DESCRIPTION:Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Round Table provides a small\, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills\, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership\, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun\, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.\n\n\n\nJoin us in a presentation by Bethany von Steinbergs on the identifying and understanding your strengths.\n\n13.8 million people\, worldwide\, have discovered what they do best\, after taking the StrengthsFinder assessment. The StrengthsFinder identifies an individual's top five themes of Strength. When you know and understand your Strengths\, you can begin to leverage them in new ways\, both personally and professionally. Come learn about the Strengths movement and why it is crucial that you be a part of it.\n\n\n\nBethany is a Strengths consultant at Leadership Vision. Throughout her professional career\, she has focused on what is right about people\, leveraging the talents of those around her to build strong people\, teams and culture. Bethany has a background in education\, but has spent her professional career working cross-culturally\, in Student Development within institutions of private higher education\, and in formal vocational ministry. She has a master's degree in Missional Leadership from Northwest University.\n\n\n\nBethany and her husband\, Jed\, relocated to Zumbrota in November of 2015.
