After getting married and starting a family they relocated to Rochester in 2008 and along with Stacy they started their own chiropractic practice. They have 3 daughters now and quickly realized that the best way to grow their business was through developing trusted relationships. In 2011\, Ed and his business partner launched Master Networks\, a referral based training and development company that created a platform for local business owners and Entrepreneurs to connect\, share and prosper together.
