This workshop is designed to help you evaluate and navigate conflict. Learn to recognize the types and the causes of conflict\, develop strategies to facilitate resolution\, and learn how to manage your reactions to conflict as well as ongoing relationships once the conflict has been resolved.

\nMartha Wellens is the Founder and President of Woodland Strategies\, Inc. a business consulting firm specializing in strategic planning and marketing strategy. She has over 20 years of expertise in business planning and marketing management with experience in a variety of sectors including agribusiness\, construction\, manufacturing\, non-profits\, professional services\, schools\, and travel and hospitality.
Martha is an experienced and trained group facilitator. She maintains a collaborative leadership style as she assists clients in identifying and achieving their goals.
