She has a degree in Business Management and is the proud new owner of the long-standing business Kismet. Jes has a strong background in retail management\, visual merchandising\, and leadership. Most recently working as a Small Business Development Banker utilizing her strengths to help entrepreneurs in the community grow\, thrive and connect. Working for Minnwest Bank allowed her the opportunity to foster her knowledge of business and entrepreneurship to be a valuable resource for local businesses. Hardworking and creative she is an artist that values the innovative ideas and spirit in her clients. Her latest adventure\, Kismet\, gives the Jes the opportunity to continue to be a part of the Rochester community with a consignment boutique that offers a variety of unique fashions and home d cor. Jes has a deep love of cats\, live music\, hugs and polka dots.\n\n\n\nDevelop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Roundtable provides a small\, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills\, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership\, learn together and empower each other to take risks.
