2025 Legislative Update

The annual Legislative Update highlights the current Minnesota legislative session and the issues that are impacting area businesses and organizations. Featuring insight from local legislators Senator Liz Boldon, Senator Carla Nelson, Representative Steve Jacob, and Representative Andy Smith, this event connects Chamber members directly with the decision makers in St. Paul for information and discussion on the legislative session.

A new feature of the 2025 Legislative Update is the “Covering the Capitol” panel, which brings together journalists who cover the legislative session. This discussion will offer an inside look at the dynamics shaping policy decisions, the challenges of covering state government, and perspectives on bipartisan collaboration at the Capitol.
