The Berkman is a state-of-the-art, LEED certified, mixed-use development serving the community of Rochester and Mayo Clinic’s St. Mary’s Hospital. The Berkman has 350-units including approximately 70 short-term units that cater directly to the needs of the adjacent St. Mary’s Hospital and other stakeholders of the community. Additionally, the property includes 532 parking stalls and over 24,000 sf of flexible commercial space.
