BLN Monday Morning Leadership
EPS workshop helps anyone in a supervisory or management role gain leadership advice based upon the book Monday Morning Leadership. The training includes the book Monday Morning Leadership and workbook pracitcal guides for building a strong team. The workshop will help you: keep the maing thing, the main thing; escape from management land; understand the "do right" rule; hire tough; do less or work faster; understand buckets and dippers; enter the learning zone.
