Educating Minnesota: Why we can't keep failing our Kids
Register with us to receive the MN Chamber member rate (The Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce will register our group with the Minnesota Chamber.) Registration includes transportation to/from St. Paul, continental breakfast, keynote speaker, panelists and networking.

Event Description:
Minnesota is flunking a series of important tests. Our achievement gap is among the worst in the nation, and too many of our students are falling behind. Yet our education policies fail to address what students need to succeed.  It’s time for Minnesotans to work together and demand the reforms needed to ensure success for our kids.

Join us in welcoming Michelle Rhee, founder and CEO of StudentsFirst, and Kati Haycock, president, The Education Trust, as well as other education advocates, as we make the case for advancing common-sense solutions that will fix problems in the system and create opportunities for all Minnesotans.

6:30 a.m. - Bus departs from Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce
2:30 p.m. - Bus returns to Rochester

We will be having a quick lunch on-site immediately following the event. Lunch is NOT included in your registration fees.
