The MaxAbility Employment Taskforce invites you to join us for

networking and a discussion on mental health in the workplace. Courtney Lawson, Executive Director of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Southeast Minnesota will discuss:

the difference between mental health and mental illness the legal mandates to accommodate people living with mental illness
the impact on your bottom line of addressing vs. not addressing mental health concerns
how a mentally healthy workforce affects morale and corporate culture

NAMI is an organization dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by mental illness through education, support and advocacy.

Lawson holds a Master of Public Health degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in General Business Administration from Michigan State University.
