Women's Round Table
Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Round Table provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.
Amanda Leightner is an entrepreneur and startup community builder. She currently facilitates Program Development within Mayo Clinic’s Office of Entrepreneurship and also is the sole proprietor of Rochester Rising, an online news site that amplifies the stories of Rochester entrepreneurs. Over the past two years, she’s told the stories of over 135 unique startups and innovative small businesses on Rochester Rising. She is also the 2017 recipient of the R.A.V.E. Warrior Award from Rochester Economic Development, Inc. in recognition of her advocacy for Rochester’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. In her free time, Amanda enjoys running the trails of Rochester with her Catahoula Leopard Dog, Merrie. She also has an unhealthy addiction to Sour Patch Kids and most other kinds of sugar-coated candy.

Members of the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce are welcome to attend. In addition, prospective members are invited to attend twice before setting up a meeting to discuss whether Chamber membership is right for their organization.
