Diesel Technician

Position Overview: We are looking for a Diesel Technician. We are a fast-paced and rapidly growing, family owned and operated organization that offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in starting or continuing their career. As part of the shop team, our technicians are responsible for the following.

What you will be doing:
• Perform routine & preventive maintenance service on our fleet of coach buses, mini buses and vans.
• Diagnose, repair, adjust and modify components.
• Perform other job-related duties and assume other responsibilities as assigned.
• Test drive repaired equipment. • Must be willing to work additional hours and/or on-call as needed.
• Ability to lift 75lbs.
• Support the Lead Tech & Director of Maintenance with additional tasks, as necessary.

What you need:
• Two (2) years of fleet and diesel mechanic or relative experience preferred.
• Must have your own tools.
 Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Experience with computer diagnostic systems software a plus.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork orientation; willingness to help the team meet goals and responsibilities.
• Subject to a background check and drug screen.
