We are looking for a maintenance tech to do general maintenance and repair services on our commercial properties.  Duties will include but not limited to:

* Maintains building accessibility and appearance by removing ice and snow from walkways and steps.  Painting; minor roofing; plumbing;  change filters on HVAC and minor HVAC repairs; light electrical; replacing light bulbs etc.

* Completes equipment and building repairs by following manufacturer's instructions and maintenance procedures.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
