* Hire on Bonus *
$750.00 hire on bonus is for new hires and rehires that are returning after 5 years or more. The bonus will be paid out in equal $250 portions after successfully completing 3 months, 6 months and 9 months of employment with Treasure Island Resort & Casino.
SUMMARY: Provide support to banquet staff and exceptional guest service to our guests attending banquets, catered events and meetings, or other special events.
- Provide guests with the highest quality service to exceed their expectations
- Set up events according to recommended standards and Event Order specifications while presenting an attractive and elegant space
- Maintain cleanliness and order in event spaces and banquet work stations
- Clear spaces after events and begin resetting as needed
- Complete closing cleaning procedures as assigned
IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- High level organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- One (1) year guest service experience preferably in a fast-paced restaurant
