* Hire on Bonus *
$1,500 hire on bonus is for new hires and rehires that are returning after 5 years or more. The bonus will be paid out in equal $500 portions after successfully completing 3 months, 6 months and 9 months of employment with Treasure Island Resort & Casino.
To provide leadership to the Beverage Department staff in order to monitor service standards, control inventory and distribution of product; maximize profit, guest and team member satisfaction. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.
-Directly supervise bartenders, wait staff and bar backs including: Communicate daily objectives to ensure expectations are understood and fulfilled and complete performance management and evaluations
-Monitor compliance with departmental policies: i.e. alcohol, MICROS reports and procedures
-Assist in training of beverage staff, development and implementation of training manuals, policies, procedures and job descriptions
-Resolve team member and/or guest incidents to maximize performance and satisfaction
-Schedule staff in accordance with business needs and closely scrutinize payroll
-High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
-1 year supervisory experience with bar operation in high-volume, multi-beverage venues
-Previous casino experience
-Previous experience with MS Excel, MS Word and computerized point of sale system (MICROS)
