Online Gaming Operations Manager


*Salary starting at $83,000

SUMMARY: To oversee online and social gaming operations, along with other gaming opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

- Manage online gaming operations to meet financial and operational goals and objectives, including but not limited to user traffic, acquisition, retention, revenue and ROI
- Research and develop online gaming strategy and opportunities
- Meet regularly with online gaming providers and internal business partners to drive utilization and maximize content and user experience
- Develop marketing plan, campaigns, promotions, and analytics
- Responsible for department budget and P&L
- Provide weekly financial reports and analytics
- Ensure compliance with Prairie Island Indian Community Minimum Internal Control Standards and all other applicable regulations
- Understand the operations and functionality of the player tracking system
- Respond appropriately to guest questions and concerns
- Host guest events promoting online gaming initiatives

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 5 years combined experience in a casino management/supervisor role and digital marketing, including extensive analytics
- Knowledge of digital marketing and customer facing web applications
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to gaming and digital marketing

- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows and a knowledge of digital marketing and customer facing web applications
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a mature, professional and courteous manner maintaining credibility
- Ability to enthusiastically and professionally sell and/or promote relevant events and promotions
- Ability to develop and implement policies and standard operating procedures
