Digital Content Manager

SUMMARY: Responsible for conceptualizing, developing and executing digital content strategy across all digital platforms, helping to build the TIRC brand and encourage engagement and traffic from targeted audiences. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

- Manage, develop and optimize the digital team content calendar; drive content strategy for web, social, video, paid digital, email, direct messaging, property apps and more
- Translate the TIRC brand into a short- and long-term content strategy, including identifying priority channels and audiences.
- Recruit, lead, and performance manage the social and digital content team, including outside agencies as needed.
- Collaborate on paid and earned amplification efforts and manage campaigns with outside agencies.
- Develop and collaborate on influencer strategy and support the execution of influencer engagement through social channels.
- Oversee website architecture and components to optimize user experience and share timely analytics.
- Create engaging plans to maximize the impact of brand communications, community relations, partnerships and marketing across all digital platforms.
- Develop and leverage a deep understanding of audience demographics and behavior patterns to innovate content and engagement strategies and grow followers.
- Communicate content performance metrics, monitoring engagement and analyzing data
- Create and build relationships with vendors and stay current on industry trends

- 4-year degree in Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design, Social Media Graphic Design or related field and 5 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven track record in content marketing strategy and digital production
- Experience building social media profiles across all platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others
- Experience working with agencies and vendors
- Experience with Salesforce, Exact Target, Craft CMS, Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Proven success in areas such as database marketing, web management and web development
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, SEO, web UX/UI design best practices

- Editorial content management

- Demonstrated success in project management
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong computer skills Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CSS, XHTML, XML
