Active Aging Program Administrator

Catholic Charities of Southern Minnesota has an immediate opening for a full-time Program Administrator for its Active Aging Programs in our Rochester Office.  This position requires a self-starter with experience in establishing, implementing and maintaining programs involving volunteer management and facilitation of evidence-based workshops.  Primary job duties include oversight and management of the AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP, Financial Coaching and Wellness programs throughout Fillmore, Goodhue, Houston, Olmsted and Wabasha Counties. 
We are looking for a person who works well independently, shows initiative, has sharp community engagement skills and works well on a team. The successful candidate must also be organized and able to multi-task, pay strong attention to detail, and meet deadlines.  Proficiency at Windows Office Products including Word, Excel and Outlook is a must.  Excellent oral and written communication is required.
