EquityLogic™ Specialist & Diversity Training Facilitator

General Purpose:  EquityLogic™  Specialist & Facilitator is responsible for the consistent and exemplary delivery of diversity, equity, and inclusion training, consultation, and client services as a core member of the EquityLogic Team.  

Core Responsibilities - Specialist: 
Work with client personnel, education team, facilitators, and scheduling software to establish accurate and efficient delivery schedules. Coordinate client information and status in Client Management Software, including proposal and contract processes, invoicing, and evaluation. Monitor and update master calendar of trainings and consultation. Provide clients, facilitators, and participants with pre-workshop communications and materials in a timely manner, following established guidelines. Maintain accurate data on participant numbers, survey outcomes, and contact information for all clients.

Core Responsibilities - Facilitator: 
Present EquityLogic™ curriculum to successfully achieve the objectives of the trainings in partnership with team of EquityLogic professionals. Prepare and deploy pre-training assessments, adapt curriculum to match client objectives and outcomes, deliver training, prepare post-training reports utilizing participant input, assessment data, and organizational feedback.

Demonstrate a commitment to the purpose of Diversity Council and its ends policies, including dedication to and knowledge of equity, inclusivity, and diversity.
