Family Service Rochester is seeking an engaging, positive individual to lead our Meadow Park Summer Youth Enrichment Program. Our Youth Enrichment Coordinator exists to identify, develop and coordinate high-quality, age-appropriate summer enrichment opportunities for youth in grades K-12 in the Meadow Park Neighborhood.

Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing a safe environment and experience for youth and volunteers.
• Develop, plan and implement memorable, enriching summer experiences in and around the local communities by engaging youth in problem solving, imagination development and creativity.
• Engage in and foster an inclusive environment, while striving to deliver appropriate and relevant programming to participants.   
• Direct supervision of youth and primarily operates in an indoor/outdoor environment with active children and students.

Our ideal candidate has experience organizing and leading youth activities. A high school diploma is required and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates with experience teaching, leading group activities and working with diverse youth in a camp or recreation program will be given preference.
