Position Title: Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining all warehouse operations. This includes preparing, processing, packaging and shipping orders from the Rochester, MN fulfillment center, liaising with the sales and marketing team to improve the patient and eyecare professional customer experience and ensuring we have an appropriate amount of supplies for daily operations. The Warehouse Manager will report to the Operations Manager and the Chief Operating Officer. 

Responsibilities

• Batch prep, package and ship all orders at Nanodropper’s fulfillment center

• Resolves fulfillment errors in a timely manner and establishes best practices to prevent errors

• Generate invoices and communicate with vendors and partners for timely payment

• Inspects product for damages, flaws or irregularities

• Conducts weekly pre-fulfillment prep

• Transports or sets up pick-up times for packaged orders (USPS and UPS)

• Order shipping supplies and other necessary materials for the fulfillment center

• Track inventory on a weekly basis for all fulfillment center materials

• Receive inventory shipments and supply orders into the warehouse

• Manage partnership inventory and fulfillment operations

• Source quality materials for print, shipping and fulfillment accessories

• Keep the fulfillment center clean and organized at all times

• Attends weekly team meetings and reports on warehouse operations

• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Capable of reading and understanding workflow instructions and packing slips

• Strong attention to detail 

• Ability to stand for multiple hours and lift up to 20 lbs.

• Experience with online shipping platforms (i.e. Shopify)

• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills

• Previous warehouse management is preferred

• Must have reliable transportation

Education

• Minimum education high school diploma or equivalent

• Medical device knowledge and experience preferred

Commitment

• This is a full-time, hybrid, contract-based position with opportunity for a salaried position.

• This position starts at $18/hour.
