Rochester, MN (June 19, 2020) - Titan Development & Investments (Titan) and Welbrook Senior Living have started construction on a 45 unit memory care community. The location of it is in southwest Rochester near Fairway Ridge Cooperative at 3516 Fairway Ridge Lane SW.
The lender is First National Bank of Omaha. Lantz-Boggio designed the project and TLS Companies LLC is the general contractor.
Titan has developed several Senior Living communities in the last decade. "The extended services and high-quality accommodations make this a first-rate Memory Care community and we couldn't be more excited to be partnering with Welbrook Senior Living on it," said Andy Chafoulias, CEO of Titan.
In addition to being a co-developer with Titan, Welbrook Senior Living will manage the community. Their headquarters are in Los Angeles, CA, with Senior Living communities across the United States.
Welbrook's Memory Care program provides caring and compassionate assistance for those with memory impairment. Their program was designed to ensure residents who suffer from Alzheimer's or other dementia related disorders live in a safe, secure, and friendly assisted living environment.
The community provides a safe and inclusive living experience with premier amenities including an interior Bistro Cafe, enclosed exterior courtyard, and community activities. With private rooms, the community has been designed for comfortable residential living.
