Think Bank appoints new CFO
Think Bank promoted Nate Boyer to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer earlier this week.
Nate is an experienced business strategist and people leader who has been with Think since 2008. In his new role as CFO, Nate will develop and lead financial and investment practices that maintain Think’s strong financial position and generate growth for the bank and its customers.
Nate’s most recent role at Think was Vice President of Finance, and he previously served as Finance Manager and Fixed Income Analyst. Nate’s promotion follows the retirement of previous long-time CFO Dan Beck on June 6.
Nate earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of St. Thomas. He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is active in local and national CFA societies.
Jenny Hosfeld, President and CEO, says: “Nate’s 14 years of experience in managing the financial risk management and analysis for our bank, coupled with his passion for leading and developing people, will serve him well as he steps into the role of CFO. I am excited to have Nate join the senior management team and look forward to his contributions.”
Says Nate: “I’m very excited about playing a bigger role in helping shape Think’s bright future. Our exceptional people and strong financial position will allow us to adapt to change and thrive as the bank of choice in the communities we serve.” Nate adds: “Helping customers build a better life is at the root of everything we do, and I’m proud to help continue this tradition.”
