Location:  Rochester, MN

Weekends – Sat and Sun only.  12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 8am to 8pm)

Note: Position can be every weekend or every other weekend

Description:

The Weekend Visit RN will primarily be responsible for coordinating end-of life care and hospice services to patients in their home or community setting during weekend hours.

• Education and Training:

• Required: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.

• Experience:

• Preferred: 2+ years of experience working as an RN in a healthcare or hospice setting.

• License or Certification:

• Required: Active and unrestricted RN license in MN.
• Required: Basic Cardiac Life Support for healthcare providers. Must complete within 3 months after start date if certification is not current.
• Required: Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
