WILD Atypical Tea: Peer To Peer Leadership (Accountability/Feedback/Motivation)
Women in Leadership and Development presents Atypical Tea, a four part learning series centralized on a theme.
The 2016 year's theme is Cultivating Leadership. Atypical Tea may be at high tea time, but our tastings and desserts will vary. Space is limited to the first 40 registrants.
- We will discuss 3 principles for Peer to Peer Leadership
- Providing constructive feedback
- Holding peers accountable by developing mutual respect
- How to work as partners versus competing with our peers. How to be supportive when a peer is struggling.
