Workforce Development, Inc., in partnership with CareerForce, the Workforce Development Boards of Southeast Minnesota and Winona, and the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce, are pleased to announce the the 2026 Workforce Development Forum taking place on April 9, 2026.
Join us for a keynote from Minnesota's own, Joe Schmit! As a 30-year major market sports broadcaster, entrepreneur, author, and 19-time Emmy winner, Joe brings practical insight on building workplaces where people want to show up, contribute, and grow.
The event will also celebrate and recognize the 2026 Southeast Minnesota Best Places to Work and host an employer/business panel sharing strategies for engaging people & purpose. Lunch will also be served.
