Squeeze The Day! Help us empower today’s youth to be tomorrow’s entrepreneurs!

Lemonade Day is a free, fun, experiential learning program that teaches local youth entrepreneurial and life skills as they learn how to start their very own business. Learn how to develop a business and experience all the aspects of developing and maintaining a business such as creating a product, establishing a budget, designing a marketing plan, and so much more!

The foremost objective of Lemonade Day is to empower youth to take ownership of their lives and become productive members of society – the business leaders, social advocates, volunteers, and forward thinking citizens of tomorrow.

Each child that registers receives access to the Lemonade Day curriculum that teaches them lessons like creating budgets, setting profit-making goals, serving customers, repaying investors, and giving back to the community. Along the way, they acquire skills in goal-setting, problem solving, and gain self-esteem critical for future success. They keep all the money they make and are encouraged to spend some, save some and share some.

Once you register you will get an email explaining the next steps. Workbooks and Backpacks have been ordered and will soon arrive at the Chamber office. Once we get them in we will send you an email explaining how to pick them up, either at our office or by attending one of our upcoming events.
 
Be on the lookout for our upcoming Lemonade Day events:

• Lemonade Day Kick off event - May 18, 2022
  • ​Air Insanity - 4:30pm - 6pm
    • Stop by and pick up your backpack and shirt if you are already registered! If you are not registered yet, you can do so at the Lemonade Day table! 
    • Air Insanity is running a deal for Lemonade Day registrants 
      • ​Free 30 minute pass with a purchase of an hour pass (can be used that day or at a later date)
• Best Tasting Contest - May 21, 2022
  • Rochester Athletic Club - Neighborhood - 2:30pm - 4:00pm
    • This is a fun event to showcase your hard work! You set up your booth and judges will be walking around asking you questions about your Lemonade Stand. Only 10 spots available for this! This will be on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Monday June 6, 2022
    • In honor of Lemonade Day being Saturday June 11th, we encourage everyone to wear their Lemonade Day shirt on this Monday!

  • If you are a Lemonade Day participant - set up your stand this day and be open for business!
