Marijuana Legalization, The Impacts to Business Info Session

The 2023 Legislative Session includes HF100/SF73 which would legalize the use of recreational marijuana in Minnesota and, if passed, the legislation would impact businesses throughout the Rochester region and the state of Minnesota. The Rochester Chamber will host an information session on Tuesday, March 14th and we encourage you to join us for an opportunity to gain insight into the impact that the legalization of marijuana would have on workforce, employers, and business operations.
