MPCA PFAS Reporting Info Session - VIRTUAL
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA)'s reporting deadline for manufacturers around the world who add PFAS to their products is September 15, 2026. Manufacturers that have intentionally added PFAS to products are required to submit information about those products to MPCA.
If your business manufacturers products that contain intentionally added PFAS, please join us for a VIRTUAL information session. Staff from the MPCA will explain the PFAS in products reporting program and answer your questions.
This is a valuable opportunity for Chamber members to gain insights on PFAS reporting and how to take steps toward compliance.
More information, including reporting guides, FAQs, how-to videos, technical support, and an email newsletter for technical updates, is found at pca.state.mn.us/pfas-reporting.
