Shop Local FIRST Holiday Campaign Season Launch

Because the holiday shopping season can represent as much as 30 percent of annual sales for small business, the Chamber is launching our Shop Local First Holiday campaign on October 10 from 7:30 - 9am at Saint Mary’s University Cascade Meadows with a special workshop focusing on maximizing customer experience to increase volume of sales and customer loyalty.
 
Organized and sponsored by RSP Architects and KAAL, this FREE, informative workshop will be led by subject matter experts and feature the perspectives of local small business owners who have each made improving customer experience a critical component of their day-to-day operations. The keynote speaker, Sarah Amundsen, Senior Director Store Design for Target Corporation, will share innovations and fundamental strategies that any business can use to improve customer experience to increase volume of sales and customer loyalty.
