Jennifer Teske, VP of Resource Development, United Way of Olmsted County
Grace Pesch is a Rochester native and studied Public Health at Winona State University in Winona, MN. She is the Impact Strategist at the United Way of Olmsted County and works with constituent-led non-profits that serve different cultural communities in Olmsted County. She is on the Board of Directors for NAMI SE MN (the National Alliance on Mental Illness) which serves people with mental illness as well as IMAA (the Intercultural Mutual Assistance Association) which serves immigrants and refugees. She is passionate about ensuring people have what they need to reach their full potential. When she isn’t working, she enjoys being outside either walking or biking and spending time reading a good book or cooking a good meal.
Jennifer Teske is the Vice President of Resource Development for United Way of Olmsted County. With over 20 years of development experience, Jennifer has gained strong leadership and relationship-building experience throughout her career and brings these assets to the resource development staff and volunteers who lead the fundraising activities United Way engages in to create lasting social change in Olmsted County.
Jennifer previously served as Director of Philanthropy at the Boys and Girls Club of Rochester. She also has worked in development roles at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in Winona as the Annual Fund Director and Major Gifts Officer, as well as, at the Gamehaven Council’s, Boy Scouts of America (BSA), as the Director of Development and Marketing, and at the Northern Star Council’s, BSA – Prairie Lakes District Executive. Jennifer has served in multiple leadership roles as an active Rotarian and with the local chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP), Jennifer received her Master of Arts degree in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Northern Iowa.
Jennifer is a mother of 2 – Mason (10) and Madison (6). In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and watching her kids play t-ball, basketball and dance!
Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Roundtable provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.
