Location: Rochester, MN

Full-time: 40 hours per week, 1.0 FTE (Day shifts + rotating weekends and holidays)

Description:

The Hospice Aide will be responsible for providing end-of-life care and hospice services to patients in their private homes or any facility in which they reside.  The Hospice Aide will provide personal care service to the terminally ill patient and perform related tasks in accordance with the plan of care as assigned and delegated by the RN.

Applicants must be a graduate of a state approved nursing assistant training program and have a current, active certification on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
