Mental Health Practitioner

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
- Flexibility hours between 7:00am – 7:00pm.
- Travel to various locations required.
- Working remote consist of telehealth sessions (if available) and completing required paperwork.
- Salary staff are expected to work 40-43 hours per week.
- Hourly staff are able to work up to 40 hours per week, with overtime approval required.
- Provide individual, family and/or group skills-based services to children, adults, and families.
- Meet productivity standards.
- Utilize various effective strategies to respond to client needs in a respectful and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Seek supervisory as needed.
- Attend trainings for skill enhancement.
- Complete continuing education requirements.
- Collaborate with external providers.

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, car insurance for community-based roles.
- Pass criminal background check based on agency and Department of Human Services requirements.
- Qualify in at least one of the following ways:
- Meets current Minnesota Statute requirements to qualify as a Mental Health Practitioner or
- Meets current Minnesota Statute requirements to qualify as a Clinical Trainee.
- Experience working with diverse client populations.
- Bilingual proficiency.
