I equip parents with skills to talk about vaping, cannabis, prescription pills, alcohol, gray market products, and illicit drugs. I speak to the emotions that lead to experimentation. A healthy parent-child connection is the best prevention there is, so I blend drug facts and neuroscience with effective communication skills. I’m a Certified Prevention Professional, Olmsted County Opioid Settlement Core Team member, Olmsted County Overdose Response Team member, and chair of the Rochester Elks Lodge Drug Awareness Program. I love connecting with parents, educators, and organizations seeking adult prevention education.
