Heather has lived in southeast Minnesota for over 30 years and has called Rochester home for the last six years. She spent 22 years working at Mayo Clinic.  Family is her driving force so when she was given a chance to spend the summer caring for her two grandsons she jumped at the opportunity.  Heather has been married to her husband Travis for 23 years.  Travis owns a small business in town.  Together they have two adult sons and a small zoo at their home, which consists of three dogs, a cat, and four chickens.  It's OK to call her a “crazy chicken lady,” as it's a title she is proud of.  Heather hopes to one day own a small hobby farm where she can expand her love of animals.  Some of Heather's favorite activities are making memories with her family and traveling (cruises are her favorite).

Robert "Bucky" Beeman Owner / Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Bucky is a partner in Realty Growth, Inc, working alongside Nicholas Pompeian, Dylan Carty, Nate Carty, and others! Together, they share a vision of growing the business by marrying innovative marketing with great customer service. Bucky has worked with clients ranging from startups to investors and developers. His passion is real estate technology, and he enjoys following the latest real estate tech news, as well as producing social media content on Snapchat and Twitter.

Matt was born and raised in Rochester, MN. His knowledge of SE Minnesota coupled with experience from a 15 year career in Education prior to Real Estate has proven extremely valuable for his clients. Building relationships is at the forefront of everything Matt does. With a passion for helping others succeed Matt takes pride in providing a client centered approach from start to finish of each and every transaction. 

Away from work Matt loves spending time outdoors, especially at the family cabin with his wife, Alyssa, and their 3 children.

Gunnar was raised in Rochester and has a strong passion for the area and its people. After graduating from Mayo High School in 2015, he went on to play football and study business economics at South Dakota State University. It was in college that he developed a passion for real estate, and upon graduating he returned home to Rochester to start his real estate career. Specializing in commercial real estate, Gunnar has helped dozens of business owners with their buying, selling, and leasing needs since the beginning of 2020.

Leigh Ann and her family reside in Rochester and enjoy spending time together camping and traveling the United States.

Nick is a commercial real estate broker, developer and owner of Realty Growth Incorporated in Rochester, Minnesota and lifelong resident of Rochester.

After graduating from St. Olaf College, Nick returned to Rochester to help his father, Ed Pompeian, in the real estate and development business. In 2013 Nick and his partner purchased Realty Growth Incorporated from his father, who was the original founder of the company. Having grown up and been exposed to the ins and outs of the business, this was the perfect fit! 

Nick loves helping clients in identifying properties that can become a great investment for them, and is passionate about building long-term relationships. In addition to real estate, Nick’s involved in investment property acquisition and development, most notably the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Rochester, and most recently, aiding in the development of The Berkman apartment building with Alatus LLC amongst others.

Mark has held his real estate broker’s license since 1995 and he started Titan 360 in 2020 and later decided to bring his passion for real estate to the RGI Team! RGI is a premier brokerage house based in Rochester, MN. Strategizing with tenants and owners to structure a solution that is mutually beneficial is his strong suit.

Prior to joining RGI Mark spent 28 years with Titan Development & Investments in various roles where he utilized his strategic skills in evaluating potential development opportunities as well as being instrumental on the team in securing financing for projects. Over the course of his career at Titan Development, Mark was responsible for financing and maintaining lender relationships as well as equity partner relationships in many of the projects that Titan developed.
