Roman's Light Foundation

Roman’s Light Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in September 2025 and based in Rochester, Minnesota. We serve children who have undergone organ transplants and their families by providing financial assistance for medical-related expenses, including travel, lodging, meals, and essential day-to-day needs during treatment and recovery.

Founded in loving memory of Roman Pecherskii, the foundation honors his gentle spirit, resilience, and unwavering positivity throughout years of serious medical challenges. Roman’s journey inspired a mission rooted in compassion, dignity, and hope.

Roman’s Light Foundation exists to ensure that no family feels alone during a child’s transplant journey.
