Title Services, Inc., a Dunlap Seeger Subsidiary, Re-introduces Itself With a New Website & Brand Identity

Since Dunlap Seeger’s subsidiary company, Title Services, Inc. (TSI), was launched in 1998, it has become a leading resource for southern Minnesota businesses, developers and financial institutions that need help navigating complex real estate transactions. 

Now, TSI is re-introducing itself and strengthening its brand identity with a new website and logo launched earlier this month: titleservicesrochester.com. 

“We’re excited to spread the word more widely about the breadth and depth of expert services that TSI provides,” said Ben King, a Dunlap Seeger attorney who also serves as TSI’s president. “From helping clients develop a new commercial project to securing title insurance for a major investment, we handle every transaction with the precision and care you’d expect from experienced attorneys. Title Services Inc. has evolved from a small piece of Dunlap Seeger’s business when it was launched to a major growth area in the past few years. In 2024, TSI served hundreds of clients on transactions across Rochester, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
