Volunteer Opportunity: Job Shadow Hosting
Nearly 150 Byron High School 11th graders are looking for an impactful job shadow experience this semester.
We believe this is a critical time for our future workforce to gather real-world experiences as they begin to choose the individual paths they will take upon graduating high school. Our goal is for the students to see firsthand how skills and passion come together to create a successful career.
We are currently looking to match for the days of October 26th-28th. If you are able to provide a job shadow experience at your place of business, please sign up by completing the form here.

Wednesday, October 26th
The students' school day runs from 8:00am - 3:00pm.
This means that they can arrive at your business as early as 8:30am, and will need to leave by 2:30pm.
If you can keep them for the full time, that's great! If you can't, that's fine as well! We ask that you allow them to shadow for at least half a day to give them a significant experience, but otherwise you can adjust to what works best for your schedule.
