Nature of Work
This position works closely with fellow Information System team members to provide information services to the organization. Responsibilities include help desk service; hardware and software installation, maintenance, and support for workstations, servers, mobile devices; participation in the design, implementation, and on-going support of information technology solutions. Essential to the success of this position and the team, are excellent technical and analytical skills, great inter-personal communication, as well as the willingness and ability to learn continuously.
Pay: The 2025 starting salary of $82,338 to $96,868 per year, depending on qualifications, with advancement to $121,086.
The City of Rochester will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position including F1 OPT STEM.
