Weekend Visit RN

Location:  Rochester, MNWeekends – Sat and Sun only.  12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 8am to 8pm)Note: Position can be every weekend or every other weekendDescription:The Weekend Visit RN will primarily be responsible for coordinating end-of life care and hospice services to patients in their home or community setting during weekend hours. Education and Training:Required: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.Experience: Preferred: 2+ years of experience working as an RN
